SALES CALL

SALES DEPARTMENT MAKING SALES CALL ON CUSTOMERS AND MAKING QUOTATION, TOOLING LEAD TIME, DELIVERY AND SERVICES... PER CUSTOMERS' REQUESTS.

 

ENGINEER INPUT

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WILL PUT COMMENTS ABOUT CUSTOMERS PRINT, SKETCHES OR SAMPLES AS HOW TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY, PRODUCTIVITY AND LOWER COST. 

ORDER PLACED

CUSTOMER ACCEPT THE QUOTATION AND LEAD TIME, AND PLACE A FORMAL ORDER TO PROCEED THE PROJECT THAT CUSTOMER DESIRED.

PROCEEDING TOOLING

SALES AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT START TO PROCEED "TOOLING PROJECT REPORT" FOR CUSTOMER REVIEW THEIR PROJECT PROGRESS EVERY TWO DAYS.

SUBMITTING SAMPLES

5 SAMPLES WILL BE PRESENTED WITH "INITIAL SAMPLES INSPECTION REPORT" ( ISIR ) FOR CUSTOMERS' APPROVAL. 

PILOT RUN SETTING UP

     BASED UPON CUSTOMERS' APPROVAL AND ORDERS, START TO MAKE THE TRIAL RUN AND SETTING UP THE OPERATION LAY OUT, A QCP ( QUALITY CONTROL PLAN ) AND SOP ( STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE )
WILL BE ISSUED AND SET UP FOR ON LINE RUNNING AND ON JOB TRAINING.

CAPACITY ESTIMATION

DAILY CAPACITY WILL BE CALCULATED AND REPORT TO CUSTOMER; CAPACITY IS BASED ON DEMANDS, AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO ADJUST & TO MEET CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENT.

ON JOB TRAINING

      ON JOB TRAINING WILL BE TAKING PLACED BY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WITH QC ENGINEER AS SOON AS CUSTOMER PLACE THE FIRST ORDER TO PROCEED THE PARTICULAR PRODUCT.

ON LINE SOP AND INSPECTION SET UP

SOP WILL BE PLACED ON THE JOB SITE WHEN THE LINE IS START TO RUN. INSPECTION SHEET WILL BE PLACED BASE UPON THE QCP REQUIRED.

ON LINE INSPECTION

EACH STEP WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHECK OR INSPECT ON A TIMELY BASIS, MOST OF THE INSPECTION RECORD WILL BE KEPT IN INSPECTION SHEET.
ALL THE INSPECTION SHEETS WILL BE KEPT IN QC LAB. FOR 3 - 6 MONTHS TRACING PERIOD.

PACKING CERTIFICATE

WHEN A PRODUCT COMES TO THE PACKING STAGE A GREEN LABEL OR BAR CODE LABEL WILL BE STUCK OUTSIDE THE MASTER CARTON TO ENSURE THE PARTS HAS BEEN CERTIFIED BY QC INSPECTION.

SHIPMENT MADE

SALES DEPARTMENT WILL ADVISE CUSTOMER AS HOW MANY AND WHAT ITEMS BEEN SHIPPED, AND WILL DRAFT THE L/C FROM THE NEGOTIATION BANK.

QUALITY ASSURANCE TEST

QUALITY DEPARTMENT WILL REQUEST CUSTOMER TO SUPPLY A SET OF ENGINE OR COUPLING PART TO TEST THIS PRODUCT AS TO FIND ANY POSSIBILITY OF IMPROVING EITHER QUALITY OR PRODUCTIVITY.

ALL OF THESE ABOVE COMMUNICATION THROUGH FAX OR E-MAIL WILL BE RESPONDED WITHIN 24 HOURS TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMER HAVE A QUICK AND SATISFIED ANSWER.
